The LEGO Group has high focus on Consumer Insights (CI) and in this new position as Senior Director based in Billund, you will set the operational, tactic and strategic direction for the area globally.

Through active stakeholder management and buy-in, you will anchor the internal branding of Consumer Insights and feed the strategic planning and innovation of a world-renowned brand by acting as a solid and pioneering strategic partner to top management.

Further advance a mature consumer insights department into a core capability

By functioning as the global go-to CI expert and driving strategic dialogue with core stakeholders, you will develop the insights portfolio and move us beyond today’s insights level. You do so by leading and developing your global team of 4 managers and 20 highly skilled specialists that deliver global business support within all aspects of consumer, product, market and competitor insights. By further developing our NPS approach, you drive satisfaction and advocacy with your team across the LEGO Group.
